From start to finish a most enjoyable day. Mike Davies and all the staff showed us all the courtesy. The catering was well enjoyed by society members. The Course played well and the greens were true. Look forward to coming next season 2010.

"On 27th August 2009 Glyn Abbey Golf Club hosted the Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire Senior Ladies County Golf Competition... 64 ladies entered... The course held up fantastically well considering all the recent bad weather .. and everyone enjoyed their golf. A lot of the ladies stayed to enjoy the food and refreshment provided by the catering staff, and I would like to say a big thank you to them all, as well as the committee members who gave up a great deal of their time organising this event. During the presentation I was pleased to hear that I had achieved 1st place in the competition."

Just a note of thanks for your kind assistance and excellent service, in making our event an outstanding success. I am pleased to report that EVERYONE commented how much they enjoyed and what a wonderful setting and facility is located on our doorstep.

Please extend our warmest thanks to Lorraine and Darren, and not forgetting all the grounds team.  I cannot praise everyone enough.

"Thanks once again for making Glyn Abbey available to host the Dyfed Junior Championships. The course was in very good condition according to all the boys I asked. The organisation as regards starting, ball spotting, refreshments and checking the cards afterwards was of tremendous help. The brochure was a very nice touch. You have set a very high standard and everybody I talked to, parents and golfers were very complimentary of the way it was run."
