Glyn Abbey Golf Club is a member of the Carmarthenshire Tourist Association. (www.visit-carmarthenshire.co.uk)

Whilst in the area, there are numerous things to see and do. Some notable examples of local attractions are listed below:

  • The Millennium Coastal Park at Llanelli
  • Pembrey Country Park
  • Kidwelly Castle and Industrial Museum
  • The Gwili Steam Railway
  • The National Botanic Garden of Wales
  • Pembrey Race Circuit

A host of adventure activities are on offer at Culla House, less than a mile from the course. These include paint balling, quad biking, paint jousting, fishing, horse riding, bird watching, walking and cycling.

Right on our doorstep is the fabulous Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park, part of the Park Resorts Group. Great beaches and a wealth of history and heritage await you in Carmarthenshire.

Immediately opposite us is the site of Ffoslas Racecourse, which is scheduled to open in 2008/09. Come and play Golf and watch the races!
